Reopening of lounges

You were impatiently waiting for it! After several months of waiting, the reopening of our partner salons located in Belgium is finally possible since February 13th. You can again go to your hair prosthetist to carry out your maintenance as well as a new hair prosthesis installation.

In order to be able to welcome you in the best conditions, here are the new government measures put in place for the reopening of the salons:

COVID-19 measures:

• Come alone to your appointment. Accompanying persons will not be admitted.

• Non-Belgian customers must bring a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old, as well as a medical certificate from the doctor, then the FLP certificate to be downloaded here , in order to be able to cross the border. Without these documents, we will not be able to welcome you to our establishment, because checks are frequent there (Not valid for Belgians, or border residents less than 30km away).

• The surgical mask is mandatory as soon as you enter the salon. Fabric masks are no longer accepted.

• The waiting room will not be accessible, it will be necessary to wait outside our premises.

• Access to the toilets is strictly prohibited. We recommend that you make your arrangements before you arrive.

• During these measures, we no longer offer hot drinks or snacks, but only individual water bottles.
