In order to be more present at your side and facilitate your steps, we frequently put in place new features on our online store and we also adapt certain functionalities.
Here are the new features implemented over the past few months!
The return of the basics in tulle
He's finally back! For more than two years, we had stopped the marketing of all hair accessories in tulle (Total HD, U-Pro, O-Pro and D-Pro) because following the pandemic and the very consequent stock shortages, the The manufacture of these different models required a lot of time for our technicians, which had a greater impact on shipping times.
The temporary discontinuation of these models was obvious for BYSIX because the style of implantation entirely by nodes requires a different technique and therefore, a longer manufacturing time.
As the situation has become more stable, we have therefore decided to initially resume these models in tailor-made clothing with a production time of 10 to 14 weeks in order to be able to gradually replenish the stock.
A recovery of these stock models is underway, however, this should still take a few months.
Shipping of made-to-measure
Important modification recently made since it concerns the validation of your tailor-made orders.
We have seen several orders grouping hair products or a prosthesis in stock, with personalized manufacturing. Please note that BYSIX always sends orders together, which is why if your order contains a made-to-measure garment, the entire item will then be shipped within 10 to 14 weeks.
This confusion has been made many times. In order to avoid the additional cost of additional costs for the early dispatch of items in stock, it is currently no longer possible to validate other items with your made-to-measure confections.
However, you can make an independent order with your standard complement or your hair products. It will therefore be shipped more quickly and within the time indicated in the online store.
Please note that the PayPal payment method has also been deactivated for made-to-measure garments in order to comply with PayPal's deadline policy.
You now get an estimated shipping date in the shopping cart when you confirm your custom order. This period allows you to have a fairly precise overview of the date of receipt. Rather practical!
Modernization of the authenticity card
If you wear BYSIX hair supplements, you probably already know the importance of the authenticity card.
This card is automatically given by the professional when installing your new supplement. Thanks to this, not only do you receive proof that it is indeed a BYSIX prosthesis, but it also allows you to trace the routing of your order from manufacture to dispatch. It also allows you to benefit from after-sales service in the event of a problem with your prosthesis.
We have therefore decided to rework its appearance to make it more resistant but also to optimize the internal process thanks to the number integrated into the card.
The general condition of the site
Are you having difficulty confirming your order or unable to add an item to the basket? Well know that you can now follow the status of the site and all the dedicated web components.
As soon as an error is detected on the site, an update is then present on
this status page . If you wish, you can also subscribe to error detections to be notified instantly of new publications.
Our team has its own web developer who is on hand to deal with technical issues immediately, so errors are usually resolved within hours.
Changing the Help Center
In order to facilitate your research, we have decided to combine the help center with the community forum. The latter is highly appreciated by our users because it allows us to discuss and advise new users or those who wish to take the leap.
