Shipping and Delivery

Hair supplements in stock are shipped within 12 working days maximum. These times may be faster depending on the number of visitors. We count 12 working days because we have certain models and colors which require rechecking before being dispatched.

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Pre-orders are shipped within 15 to 40 days . These delays can be more or less long depending on the productions. Learn more

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order. For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns of care and fixing products. The withdrawal is not valid for personalized orders (custom-made prostheses and Smart HD). Learn more
