In-stock hair extensions are shipped within a maximum of 12 business days . Delivery times may be faster depending on demand. We allow 12 business days because some styles and colors require re-inspection before shipping.
Customizing the Smart HD takes approximately 5 days. A total of 15 business days is therefore required for shipping the Smart HD.
Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer . In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order. Withdrawal is not valid for personalized orders (custom-made prostheses and Smart HD). Learn more
