Subscriptions are automatically renewed based on the selected delivery interval and products will be automatically delivered by the store after each successful renewal.
For example, if you have subscribed to a product with a subscription every 2 months, the system will automatically charge your credit card every 2 months and you will receive the products, without needing to place the order yourself!
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes of course. You can suspend or cancel a subscription at any time in the customer portal via the "Subscriptions" tab. The only time the subscription cannot be canceled is if you have purchased a subscription that requires a certain number of payments before you can cancel it.
The customer portal is accessible by logging in with your email address and password. If you have not created an account, we invite you to do so with the email address used when placing your order.
Professional customers are eligible for subscription products but will not be able to make untimely cancellations. BYSIX reserves the right to permanently terminate subscriptions in the event of excessive purchase/cancellation usage to benefit from additional discounts. Customer accounts may also be suspended or terminated.
How do I pause or reschedule a billing?
You can skip or reschedule your payment in the customer portal. Each scheduled delivery will come with a Skip Payment button, which you can use to skip that order. You can reschedule the charge by clicking the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.
Can I add products to my subscription?
Of course. You can add products to your subscription in the customer portal. Simply click the "Edit" button in the product sheet and modify, delete or add products to your subscription.
What happens if the payment cannot be processed?
If the subscription cannot be renewed because a payment cannot be processed, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to securely update your payment method. 3 new attempts will be made before automatically canceling your subscription.
