Shipping and Delivery

Smart HD customization takes about 5 days. An overall delay of 15 working days is therefore necessary for the shipment of the Smart HD.

Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours . In case of purchase combined with a hair supplement, the shipping times will be those of the hair supplement.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days for unused items. Return costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a color error, only one exchange can be validated per order.
